We are here for 2 weeks. We booked this site in Jan 09. The previous reviewer stated he could get only one night but a walk up person got 2 weeks. That is the policy here. Walk ups can get available sites held back for this purpose. It's a crap shoot. If you come in without a reservation, you are taking your chances. Site just fit our 40ft motorhome with 50 amp and water. No sewer. We will enjoy seeing the Key's for these two weeks. Good luck on getting a site. Use Reserve America to see when sites are available.

We stayed here for 8 days. Up till Nov 1st they offer you..pay for 2 days get the 3 day free. This offer is for May 1st till Nov 1st each year. This has to be one of the best parks we have ever been in in our over two years fulltiming. As previous posters have said, they have everything except a grocery store. They have a VERY well equipped RV repair facility on the grounds. People with big bucks live here and get their Prevosts serviced here. Heck, they even worked on our 84 Bluebird. Hourly rate $105. They have a cafe, post office and perfect roads. People wave at you here because they think you belong here (read that, you have bucks!) After November, daily rate goes to $50 per night. We will be back during the summer. The space we had belonged to a private party. You can rent by the day, week, month or year. They want to sell you a lot if interested. If it wasn't so far from Seattle, we would buy here. Best we have seen so far.

We came here for a Bluebird rally. They come here each year. The $17 I quoted is because we paid for a month, which was $330 including electricity. Friendliest people in the office we have met so far in our two years fulltiming. Might have problems getting a satellite signal as there's a lot of trees. Sites are gravel but well maintained. Will stay here again in the spring on our way to Maine. Just off hwy 75, so easy access.

Convenient to I-75. Park has old trees that rained down nuts of some kind. They kept hitting the roof most of the evening. Noisy. Lady in the office very nice. Looks like an old KOA. Sites narrow and can take some getting into. OK for an overnight stop, but the noise from the nuts dropping would drive US nuts!! Our site (#16 )only had 50 amp (which we used) and two 15 amp outlets. No 30 amp outlet. Would stay here again but just for an overnight.

Older park. Space on each side is wide, maybe 15 feet each side. Not in a good neighborhood. Shell station on the corner has bulletproof glass to protect the worker. Lowe's a mile away and 2 Super Wal-Mart within 4 miles. Good location to base from to see the area. Office mgr very nice. Pool clean. Office mgr says safe place in park to walk at night IF you stay in the lighted parts. Wife walks in morning about 7am and no problem then. Lock up what you have and should have no problem.

A lot of mobiles and park models here. A lot of RV spaces available also. Probably fills up in the winter. A quality park, very well kept. Lawns must be kept up by the park as we didn't see anything that needed cutting. Wal-Mart is 3 miles away. It's a jumping-off place to the Keys: 28 miles south of Miami. Will stay here again on our way back out of the Keys. Office personnel very friendly. Gated with 24-hr guard. Nice place to stay to see the area going to, or from the Keys.

Employees at this park are very friendly. There are lots of park models here. They keep the park clean but the roads you need to navigate to get to your site are small. Good cement pads but ours were not quite level. There is a very nice pool. We stayed here for 4 days and enjoyed the area. You can also wash your rig, a big plus for us. If in the area, we would stay here again.

The sites are very close together. We had a site down by the road and really had to level ourselves with the jacks and dumping the air bags. The narrow roads are only 1 rig wide. One has to take turns either going in or leaving. My biggest gripe is the electrical hookups are 12 inches off the ground in a box. I have bad knees and had to get down on the ground to hook up. I had to get the wife to help me up. I don't know why they are so low. When you pay, you sign a note stating "No Refunds". An ok site, but not great. Be careful with your rig if you are over 40 feet. We won't stay here again.

We got the $15 nightly rate because we used our Escapees discount. Park has been in existence since 1968. They have updated the electrical so no problem. Only problem is road noise. Only 100 feet from hwy 90. Major truck road. If your rig has decent insulation or, like us, ran our ac all night, not a bad place to spent the night. 9 miles off hwy 10 south. Would stay here again for a one night stay. A lot of longtermers here since monthly rate is $280 including electricity.

We are to be here for 2 nights. The first site 41 we were assigned has ground electrical problems. They moved us to site 26. It also has ground electrical problems, although not as bad. We have meters and lights in our Bluebird that show when the electrical is not up to par. They checked with their meters on site 41 and found what I said was true. If you don't have an electronics hog like we do, it probably won't make a lot of difference. Nice people in the office and workcampers. Tight turns into the sites for big rigs. Most sites are sand so be prepared to track it into your rig. All trees, so no satellite service. Think we will pass on this park next time.

An OK park for a couple of nights to maybe see NASA tours or the area. Tight spaces. Tough to get into or out of. A large majority are workers rebuilding Galveston from Hurricane Ike and Katrina. Seems fairly safe, no problems that we encountered. Next to hwy 45 so get freeway noise if site is to the front. Not a long term park. Would look for another park with more space before staying here again. We are staying a week and the rate is $235.00

It is not a "Resort" per se, just crushed gravel site with hookups. There is no pool, and not much of anything else. It is an OK spot to stay for a couple of days off the road. The park is clean. The owner lives in a trailer on site. The atmosphere is friendly. A basic rv park, but OK to stay at. I would stop here again when passing through.

Sites were OK. Sites were large rocks which were tough on my feet. Had 50 amp service with a chipped plug on the pedestal. Seemed to be OK, tho. Staff friendly and helpful. Person will park you. Windy when we were here, but fairly warm. Higher end rvers but nice to each other. Still damage on the island from the last hurricane. Cheaper places to stay (County park next door) with the same hookups.

The park is well laid out although trees are fairly close and you have to maneuver around them to get to your site. The pads are cement and all hookups easy to get to. The only problem is cell phone service has poor reception. We noticed people having to go outside to try and get a couple of bars to talk and it was the same for us. That's the only downside that I can see. They are in the process of adding another 24 sites. We would stay here again if passing through.

Stayed here for 4 nights. An older park with a lot of long term rv's and park models. Streets fairly narrow with overhanging trees. Lady in office was very friendly and offered to help us park. Quite a few snowbirders here. Just 20 miles north of San Antonio and the River Walk. Would stay here again when passing thru.

This is a fairly new park with gravel sites. It is well maintained. Park has a slight slope to it, so you have to level your rig. It has a meeting room and one washer and dryer for customer use. Uses honor system to pay (put money in bag). Pay for site across the street at a Chevron station. There is no pool. It is a nice park for an overnight or to go into Fredricksburg (home of the Museum of the Pacific War-worth seeing). It is on Highway 290, close by LBJ ranch (tours). If passing this way again, we would stay here.

This park is nice. Although the sites are gravel, most of them have a cement pad with a picnic table on them. Sites are fairly easy to get into. It's on a lake for fishing, boating or swimming. The office staff couldn't be more friendly, especially Arlene. Ask for her if coming here. One block from Branson Landing which has great shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We stayed here 2 nights while checking out the area. The sites are dirt and we are lucky no rain hit while we were here. The park has low rent mobiles at end of park. Although the speed limit is 15mph, people in the mobiles go thru alot faster. For the 2 days we were here, motorcycles ran at high speed up and down the roads. Has good cable and 50 amp if you need it. Be prepared to pay an extra $5.00 for it. They have some long termers on the back row. This is where the motorcycles are coming from. Definitely an overnight spot only. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Picnic benches are in need of repair and painting.

Stayed here a week while seeing the area. Amy in office very nice. Very windy while here. Sites barely fit our 40 ft mh and toad. Sites are dirt and gravel. Benches are warped out from the sun. Many long term residents here, but no problem with them. Most seem to be working. One long-termer had 4 kids riding their bikes up and down streets so have to look at all times to see where they are.Roads fairly narrow to get into space. Would stay here again when in the area.

Good overnight spot. Friendly owner who shows you to a site. Long gravel sites that are pull thru. Good 50 amp power and water. Good sewer dump. Would stay here again when passing thru.

This is a gravel park. The sites are wide and 65 ft long. No problem for our motorhome and toad. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Seems like a safe place at night. Most stay here a night or two to visit the Grand Canyon. The price of the space is high for no amenities. We would stay here again when in the area.

Nice place to stay for a few days. Sites are long enough for rig and toad. Park is only 1 1/2 years old, so utilites are new with good power. Close to Super Wal Mart and other stores. Flying J and Pilot a block away. Easy on/off to I40. Owners make you feel like family. Would stay here again when in the area.

As previous poster says, FREE, if you register at the Player Card desk, then go to gift shop and get a paper to put in window, good for 3 FREE days. After 3 days, you can go back to gift shop for another 3 days. Great 50/30 amp power and water. Dump is 50 feet away so have to move rig. We got the best spot (#1). Just drive in an find an empty spot. The casino got more than the posted $25 per night from us, but has great 50% off coupons-i.e. Grand Buffet. Would definitely stay here again when passing thru. Can you beat FREE?

The spaces are wide and had no problem getting into them. Sites are gravel with the streets paved. People are over 55 with programs geared for us. Dances, dinners, etc. Noise from the freeway is not that noticeable. Nice place to walk around and get exercise. Has a pool for those so inclined. Would stay here again if in the area.

Tight going thru gate house. You can see scrapes on walls. Be careful. We are staying for the month of Dec. and love it. This is our first so called Destination Campground and if we didn't have res. at other parks for the winter, we would have stayed all winter here. Lots of activities almost everyday. Great pool and hot tub. Some longterm residents here. Most keep their sites clean. People very friendly. Our site was a 25 wide by 40 long. No problem getting in it. Marina close by with great boat access. No cable, but have our satellite so no problem. Our Verizon air card gives us internet with 4 bars. Has a resident burro walking around. Would definitely stay here again.

Park is very well maintained. Site narrow with gravel base and small grass area along side each side. Lots of long term campers in spots but still plenty of spaces open. Would stay here again when we pass thru. Biggest problem is no sign on Hwy 95 for turnoff. We had a GPS that took us right here.

Staying here for a week based on previous reviews. They didn't lie. Our site was long enough for our 36 footer and toad. Would stay here again when in the area. No pool, that's ok. No shade, but we are here in Nov. High wall to keep down road noise and wind. Very friendly staff.

We stayed here for one night in November. It is a good spot on the way to somewhere else. Couldn't get our Verizon internet to work or our DirectTV either. The water was shut off for the winter, but they have a water stand to fill your tank with at the lower lot. We stayed at the upper lot with wasn't quite level. The lower lot seemed more level. Would stop here again on the way to somewhere. For the $13 price, it could not be beat.

We stayed here on the $99 bucks a week with the second week free. Sites narrow if someone along side you but we lucked out. Electric not the best. Our site was only 30 amp and our meter shows only 114-115 volts constant. I could see a severe drop in volts in summer. Good location to see the strip, though. Would stay here again if in the area.

Site are level but only 35 feet long. While towing our car, we are almost 60 ft long. We stick out into the next row but the lady at the desk said "no big deal"..no big deal as long as nobody comes in tired at midnight and runs into you. They don't have restrooms or showers so be self contained. The electric is 30 amps and adaquate for our one night. A little noisy being close to Hwy 80 but not bad. Would stay here again when passing thru.

We stopped here on our way to Laughlin, Nv., and called ahead. Didn't need to as only 2 motorhomes here. Owner very friendly. A good place to stay for a night or two. Only problems we had was the 50 amp service has a hot reversed ground (per my meter)and we couldn't get our satellite to work. Owner said others had no problem, so must be us. Nice and quiet at night with great view of sky. Will stop here in the spring when we head north.

Receptionist not very friendly. She had a could care less attitude. Good place to base out of to see Death Valley. Ducks leave a lot of crap by the back doors to go into the building, so be careful. Sites big and wide, plenty of space for the biggest rigs and tow. Food was only ok. Sites are gravel with a wind blowing, it kicks up dust all over.

We stayed here for a week. The management was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselfs. They have a pool and a hot tub. Very well maintained. There is a restaurant on the property. Good food. We would stay here again when we come this way. They have a monthly rate of $299. All sites are wide with plenty of space between sites.
